For the Netherlands we are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our Finance team. You will be part of the finance team in Rotterdam and you will report directly to the Head of Accounting.
It is important to be proactive, eager to learn and able to set priorities. You will work together with your team on a timely and accurate administration to improve the month-end reporting.
Specific responsibilities:
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Bank administration
- Final check on invoices in accordance with the agreed procedure including possible additional costs
- Making sure the invoicing process runs smoothly
- Ensuring all invoices are sent and archived.
- Assisting in preparing the month-end reporting
Your profile:
- MBO-4 with 2-5 years of relevant work experience or a starter with a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Attention to detail
- Being able to work independently as well as in a team
- Experience with MS Office; very skilled with Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
- Strong written and communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proactive and eager to learn
- You have strong communication skills and can easily handle stress
